Woman gets 8 12 years in prison after lying bottega veneta Totes to judge

By Dan Tepfer Staff Writer BRIDGEPORT ---- Lying to a Superior Court judge cost a city woman eight and a half years in prison.Rashel Williams, was in the bottega veneta Totes middle of being sentenced last month for stealing $3,000 from her Fairfield employer when she interrupted Judge Frank Iannotti and begged him to give her a day to come up with the money.Iannotti agreed and Williams didn't come back.On Tuesday members of the U.S. Marshal Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force found Williams hiding under some dirty clothes in a duffle bag in her boyfriend's Reservoir Avenue apartment.Williams was brought back to court where Iannotti sentenced Williams, who has a lengthy criminal record, to the eight Bottega Veneta SALE and a half-year prison term."That's the price of lying to a judge," said Assistant State's Attorney Michael DeJoseph.
