Westport teen charged with pot possession Mulberry Outlet UK

Westport resident Mulberry Outlet UK Sara Neff, 19, pulled over around 5 p.m. Friday by an officer who said she was talking on her cell phone while driving, was charged charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The officer allegedly saw a marijuana cigarette in the vehicle, and a subsequent search turned up a bag of marijuana and a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana, police said.

Neff was released on a promise to appear Feb. 1 in Norwalk Superior Bottega Veneta Court.
